a fancy fixture

it's the middle of the week!
colorful things in rounded form help me
make it to friday.

this bead "chandelier" was a fun
(in the really tedious kind of way)
and easy project i did a few months ago after seeing
kate's beaded chandelier on d*s.

the buck stops here

since the first day i laid eyes on both billy the bison and

buck, i knew it was love.
i've always hated the thought of putting a poor
animal's HEAD on a wall, but one made of
clean, laser-cut cardboard! well, yes please!

me and buck are getting along just fine.

swollen hearts

it's february, the only month of the year i love hearts.

(similar to my love for snowmen, which extends only til the 31st of Dec.)

this benefit at sally loo's was such an inspiration!
